Will you please consider adopting me?

Update: Jessie was adopted on October 10th!

Jessie
, like the vast majority of dogs and other companion animals with rescue groups and shelters, did nothing wrong and did not deserve to lose her home and family.

But when her family downsized to an apartment, they failed to find one which would accept the whole family, meaning that Jessie was on her own. She landed in a local shelter and then we rescued her from there.

Jessie is a beautiful, if plump, young girl with mystical eyes. She is a Weimaraner, spayed, 2 years of age.

She is reportedly housetrained and fine with other dogs.

Ideally, her new owner should have knowledge of and/or experience with the Weimaraner breed.

Jessie debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
