Please remember to take common sense steps to make Halloween safe for companion animals too.

On behalf of all of us at Nevada SPCA, we wish you a fun and enjoyable Halloween.

Simple, common-sense precautions with your animals can make a life-or-death difference, so please remember to bring animals indoors during the festivities, keep them away from chocolates and other candies, and restrain them from the activities at the front door.

The latter may be particularly important to reduce the chances that your companion animal may nip at a costumed stranger or escape onto the streets.

Nevada SPCA will be open on Halloween day with regular adoption hours from 11am-5pm.
